The 40-m² holiday apartment for 2–4 people is equipped with the highest level of comfort and furnished in comfortable alpine style with local materials. It guarantees plenty of open space, comfortable living, and a magnificent view into the distance.

The two-room apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a living room with seating area, cosy corner seat, and comfortable couch – which can also be used as a sofa bed the size of a double bed – and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, bidet, and toilet.

The television set with satellite TV can be rotated toward the living room or the bedroom. A safe, high-speed WLAN, bed and bath linens, as well as bathrobes and towels for the sauna area are also part of the amenities.

The kitchen offers you all the accessories, such as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, and tea towels, as well as kitchen appliances, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker.

Our apartments feature a balcony or terrace and a seating set in the outdoor area. All apartments are non-smoking accommodations.

• Farm produce set (4 free-range eggs, 1 litre of farm-fresh milk, 250 grams of butter, ½ kg natural honey, ½ kg natural yogurt)
• Bread basket (with two rolls, one small loaf of farm-fresh bread, and three assorted mini-buns)
• Brettlmarende (bacon and cheese platter with local varieties)
• Wine set (one bottle of South Tyrolean Lagrein, one bottle of South Tyrolean Chardonnay)
• Juice set (one bottle of South Tyrolean apple juice, one bottle of orange juice, and one bottle of sparkling mineral water)
• Coffee set (selected assortment from the local Caroma roastery for the filter coffee maker, one litre of fresh milk, filter coffee maker with cups)
• Tea set (three selected varieties of fruit tea, herbal tea, and black tea, as well as a teapot with cups)
• Spice set (salt, pepper, and herbal salt)

Bedroom: 1 queen bed, Living room: 1 sofa bed. The holiday apartment is furnished and equipped in a traditional style with a lot of natural wood, in order to do justice to the architectural style of our listed building. Details such as indirect lighting effects create a cozy ambiance and establish an inviting atmosphere for lingering

The vacation apartment is designed in a traditional style and makes extensive use of natural wood to honor the architecture of our historic building. Special details, such as indirect lighting, contribute to a cozy atmosphere and create an inviting ambiance.

This holiday apartment is located on the first floor and reflects the particularly typical and historical character of our heritage-listed house. The original corridor, known as "Labmdille," has been transformed into a spacious kitchen-living area. The load-bearing stone walls have been preserved and are clearly recognizable by the horizontal line along the walls. The "Obostube" serves as a noble sleeping area: the old pine-paneled Gothic room, probably 500-600 years old, is the centerpiece of our house. Here, where many weddings and various events were celebrated with dancing until late at night, is now a sleeping area for 6-8 people.

The room has been left completely in its original state, offering a cozy and, in the truest sense of the word, unique, almost museum-like "flair." The pine wood promises balanced sleeping comfort and quality of local materials.
