Our magnificent Gsieser Tal is worth a holiday all year round. We are actually always in season: In the spring, the last ski excursions are still possible, while the alpine meadows at lower elevations are covered with magical blossoms. In the summer, high peaks, panoramic trails, and managed mountain huts beckon. In the fall, the air is incredibly clear and allows for a fascinating view of the Dolomite landscape. And in the winter, you can hit the panoramic cross-country ski trails or the slopes or go on ski tours or snowshoe hikes.

First-hand holiday tips

As a guest of the Kahn Residence, you live right in the middle of the Gsieser Tal. Our central location in St. Martin makes it possible for you to reach both the major natural attractions as well as interesting towns and cultural highlights on day trips. If you are not yet familiar with South Tyrol, the Pustertal, and Gsies, we will gladly put together an excursion package for you. Depending on the length of your trip and your interests, you will receive tips in advance for your individual holiday planning.
