Get to know our valley properly on an extended hike, such as on the Almweg 2000 at the valley head, to the Schwarzsee, or to Kalksteinjöchl, or on tours to the Taistner and Uwaldalm. Even more tranquil and particularly suitable for families is the Talblickweg. In Taisten, a truly therapeutic hiking route also awaits you: the Pyramiden-Kneippweg. Of course, you can also charge up Hochkreuzspitze (2,739 m) and other impressive peaks. Do you feel like a bicycle tour? Then pedal the valley floor in both directions or ride around the alpine meadows on your mountain bike.

Maybe you would also like to exchange your bicycle saddle for that of a riding animal suited to the mountains? At the Welsberg riding stable or Sun Ranch in Pichl / Gsies, you will find undemanding horses that get along best with our alpine landscape. And if you simply want to relax and unwind on your holiday in the Pustertal, then stop in for a bite to eat at one of our many huts after an easy hike.
