Under the roof of our modern Kahn Residence, there is a total of 14 holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people with a high level of amenities spread over three floors. In the striking building with bright wood panelling, balconies, and shutters, we have tailored comfort, technology, and ambiance to the needs of demanding South Tyrolean vacationers who are looking for a holiday apartment with that certain something for their stay in the Gsieser Tal. This includes furnishings in warm, friendly colours with plenty of wood from local forests, balconies and terraces with magnificent views, comfortable furniture, and a full set of kitchen appliances.
Many unexpected services
With us, you alone are the focus. You will feel this as soon as you arrive, when we greet you with fresh, in-season South Tyrolean fruit as a little welcome gift. You receive many services from us, such as free bicycle and toboggan rental. In the summer months, we invite you to a barbecue at our alpine hut in the Verselltal. And we make sure that you always find a pleasant place of relaxation at our in-house wellness island.
